Our Story

Freeman Webb Company was founded in 1979 by Bill Freeman and Jimmy Webb with the purchase of a single apartment community in Nashville, TN. Today, Freeman Webb Company has grown to encompass personal and professional multifamily and commercial acquisitions and property management, renovation and construction, and real estate.

Over the last ten years, Rehab Specialists of Tennessee, Inc. has served as the General Contractor and/or Construction Manager for projects historically ranging up to $12,000,000 involving the rehab of over three thousand multi-family housing units.
